Liam Thorne is a sound engineer, audio producer, and documentary specialist whose work spans music, film, and podcasting. From engineering multi-platinum records for artists including George Ezra to winning Gold for Moment of Truth at the ARIAS, Liam has built a career defined by craft, curiosity, and precision. With deep experience across the entire production chain – from capturing immersive location sound to delivering world-class audio post – he brings a documentarian’s eye for story and a producer’s instinct for detail. Liam’s dedication to thoughtful, emotionally resonant sound has made him a trusted collaborator across the UK’s music and podcast industries.

Damy McConnell
Damy is a producer and production manager with a proven track record across television, film, and podcasting. She specialises in developing, producing, and delivering high-impact content for platforms including BBC Sounds, Audible and Spotify. Working at the intersection of creativity and operational precision, Damy brings together deep production expertise and strong financial oversight. She has extensive hands-on experience managing budgets, overseeing multi-phase productions, coordinating talent and crews, and ensuring every project meets the highest editorial and technical standards. Driven by purposeful storytelling - Damy thrives in environments where craft and collaboration come together to deliver meaningful work.

Guy is a creative producer and writer with over a decade in UK television, podcasts, and digital storytelling. He specialises in comedy and entertainment formats, developing and producing some of the UK’s most listened-to and chart-topping talent-led podcasts and digital series. His work has been recognised with industry honours including a Signal Award and a Broadcast Digital Award. With a background in development and editorial, Guy brings a sharp instinct for story, humour, and audience-first ideas.

Our Studios
Our studio is a state-of-the-art Georgian conversion in Hertford, built using the same acoustic design methodology as the Royal Albert Hall. Purpose-built for podcasting, voice recording, live performance capture, and cinematic sound design. Located just 40 minutes direct from Liverpool Street, and minutes from Hertford East, it’s an easy escape from the city.
But we can just as easily come to you.
We offer remote recording, on-location production, and collaboration with partner studios across the UK
